I hired Sunset Built to build a deck for me. First of all, after discussing that they will be putting a team on the job, they only had one builder on the job which turned a two week job into an eight week job. Then, during the process I tried talking with the manager, Joe that was stairwell was completely uneven and not level (which is a big safety issue) and the lattice that was installed was caving in after just one week.
