I had a major deck replacement project. It involved the foundation of house, and that part was done perfectly. Once that was completed they sent in the D-team or somebody’s cousin’s husband. I am not a carpenter but know that the rainbow of the board should be tacked in: top up. All the weather proofing in the world will not help of boards are set to HOLD water!
