This is my new favorite restaurant in BG; there are so many wonderful vegetarian options, and amazing appetizers. I love everything about this place, from the awesome purple walls to the radio station they had on. I can't wait to eat here again, I feel like my sister and I will never have to argue about where we want to go for dinner again.

Had several meals there over the past couple of days because the food was so good I had to try more entrees. Everything was so fresh and delicious! !! But more than that the staff were really friendly and delightful and ambiance perfect.
Seriously delish, and lots of great vegetarian options beyond the usuals.

I want to thank Prudy and her staff yesterday for the exceptional job at the reception for retiring Commissioner Carter. The food was fantastic & everyone I spoke to raved about it! The extra touches you made were perfect and made the entire event memorable! I will definitely come to eat at the Bistro and remember your business the next time we have an event!

Stopped by last week while in town for a visit. Had the Sunset Salad and it was perfect! My "meat and potatoes" father was eyeing it down so I shared. He loved it, too. We will be back!
