Did not provide access details until 3 hours prior to check-in and following multiple attempts to contact. When arrived at accomodation it had not been cleaned. Again attempted to contact with no response. Cleaners arrived 2 hours later to change bedding with no explanation after we had already begun tidying and washing sheets. The accomodation is suitable for large groups with 3 bathrooms and is dog friendly but no fencing. Reverse cycle air-conditioning not working and generator went off overnight.
