They're very well kept & as i explain to alot of people " weed" grows everywhere, so any town will have that! But my personal experience in kerman & mendota is Good! As yrs back in " supposed surveys" mendota was titled " #1 worst place!?? I lived there the best/ safest 4 yrs than any other place! And I used to do surveys so I know what it's all about!
I love living at these apartments. The landlord is a very nice lady who is helpful with helping you get signed up at every step of the process. Easy to talk to and understand when dealing with low income housing! I love the location close to Walmart and other local stores near by! Cute park for kids to play at! So happy I found these apartments!
