The woman was very nice to me, but I've been waiting for about four months to get apartment there I don't want to speak bad about anyone I just want a home.
The management is biased. I applied for an apartment just to be told they have nothing when others tell me they have a few empty. She lies about the apartments and what she needs. I wouldn't try because this management will only let who they like in.
It's a nice place
No washer/dryer connections in units. No dishwasher. No mail boxes, you are forced to rent a P.O. Box. Manager will say they have a no pet policy but allow certain tenants to have dogs. Age discrimination. Crack heads running back and forth, in and out of parking lot at all hours. Be sure to lock doors and DO NOT park any sort of trailer outside or it WILL be stolen. Had over $10,000 worth of property stolen but nothing could be done because it is "against their privacy policy" to install security cameras outside. Poor area.... read more
