It's the most well maintained property I have ever seen. It's reasonably priced. The manager is onsite. Sadly our lease has not been renewed. I made a complaint and that didn't go over well. My advice is to limit complaints.
In response to Charles Davis, they have a pest control company come through the complex every month to ensure we have clean and safe buildings to live in. They also require everyone to have renter's insurance, which is a common practice, to make sure if anything should happen to the building you live in, your personal property is able to be replaced by your renter's insurance, and it also protects the owner of the complex and the other renters in the building if you start a fire and burn the building down.
Renter BEWARE! The property manager/owner is VERY controlling and nosey. By his own admission, he uses a pest control loophole to snoop in your apartment on a monthly basis. He also requires renters insurance despite it having no benefit to him. He thinks that property damage or fire would be covered by YOUR renters insurance, but that is patently false. Renters insurance ONLY covers the renters belongings not the dwelling it's self.
