I moved in a week ago, and this place is run so nicely with such strong communication between the leasing office and the tenants. The leasing office (Alita) has also gone above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need! I definitely would recommend this place.
The best apartment I've ever lived in. Management, particularly Alita, and maintenance we're quick to respond and fix anything that came up. Space is wonderful and the location is great. You can hear people and cars on Roanoke. I was in a renovated apartment and it was perfect.
This has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. Outstanding location - great views and walking distance to Plaza shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The building is clean and maintained extremely well and the staff is very prompt and accommodating to any needs that arise. I loved living here. It was a great location to the Plaza and the management company is by far the most professional I've ever met. Teri is great and I felt like family here. I had to call the emergency management and they showed up in a very timely manner. I felt very safe here, had a wonderful view, and it was very clean. My closets were big, the bathroom well kept, and the living space was more than enough for me.
