New furnace: our sales person was great! The installers (Erik & Brian), were also great!
New Heat Pump. The sales person did a wonderful job of giving us all the information we needed and made us very comfortable with our purchase. The crew that did the install was very good. Both inspectors who came to the house commented on the quality of the work that was done
Jim, the salesman, was easy to work with. The installers were on time and left our home the way they found it. The inspector signed off on the permit immediately when he saw the work was performed by Sunset Air. His comment was "Their work is superior!"
Out of all 5 companies we had bid for the windows, Jesse was the most direct, straight forward, “What can we do for you?”, rep of all. He was easy to understand and has addressed every questions we’ve asked. Aiden, Shane, Randy, and Nate (installers), worked within their scheduled time frame and completed a lot of the work. You guys are great! We are just starting to feel the difference a heat pump makes and are looking forward to the return on the investment.
