Great Customer Service – The staff has always taken time to look into any problem. I have actually driven into the garage with a problem and the guys fixed either fixed immediately, i.e., flats, lights, or took the time to diagnose the problem, give me scheduling options and estimates. Worst Customer Service In Town – I made an appointment for this morning. I drove over there and they were too busy to even check my car in. Getting up at 8 am is NO easy task when you come home from work at 3 am. I am beyond rage at these rude people. If they were too busy they should not have told me to bring my car in this morning. I see them as greedy pigs who want to take in as many vehicles as possible, and to hell with the schedule of the car owners. They are an absolute disgrace.
