Sunseri is rehabbing a tax credit property I lived in for 16 years. Despite mobility-impaired residents, they blocked sidewalk/parking lot access and used the handicapped space and hash marks for storage. They trashed my apartment, broke and damaged furnishings, and kept the security doors propped open, allowing non-residents to become squatters. They’re absolutely filthy and do not clean up after themselves.
