Do not make a mistake by Hiring this company unless you have extra money to waste they take your deposit and they kick you out in 2 years so they can collect more deposit. i am taking them to curt . i will poste the result soon

I wish I would have done more homework on this company before signing my lease. I just moved in and when I reached out with a question I received a very aggressive response from the manager stating I can’t read and was wrong. I was very surprised so I looked online and see that they are known for poor/no service and responding negatively based on many reviews here. I am hopeful I do not have maintenance issues as I just wanted a quiet place to settle into on the west side but see I have not researched well this time.

Down right junk company to work with after 8 years of great rental history I am sick to my stomach over sun seekers unprofessional replies and fees they try to charge for anytime they want even though the vehicle we are being accused of doesn’t belong to us. They actually sent us a 10day notice to get out during a pandemic after we religiously pay our rent on the first of each month without question or excuses. After 10 years with this company I am more than pleased. The amount of help they gave me during the pandemic went unmatched when my house started flooding, they helped me every step of the way. Repairs are really easy and stress free with them. They are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I will be staying with them for as long as I can.

One of the best companies I’ve rented with. The home and backyard were nice and clean. The house was great to stay in. Also, when I had problems they were taken care of in 48hrs or less. I highly recommend 👍🏼

I do not recommend renting anything from Sunseeker Rentals. They seem to specialize in overpriced rundown properties. I am renting a place now and was denied simple requests to put locking doorknobs on the bedroom doors as well as the bathroom doors. I was also denied a request to have a screen put on the front window so now I can't open the front window to allow cross breeze and save on air conditioning without inviting bugs and birds in the house. So perhaps my previous review was a bit heavy handed and misguided toward SunSeeker due to some frustration. I feel I owe some clarification. Poor management! Rented a home for a year through them and during that time any maintenance that was needed never got done. They sent out a repair guy that we ourselves had to call right back for him to fix again , never got th wsimple thongs done . They wanted to try to say how we didn’t know how to put in our trash cans and park right in the community we lived in. List can go on and on.
