I really loved living at Sunscape Apartments, and even though I only lived there a short while, it was an overall great experience. Christina in the front office is so kind and helpful and the maintenance team was very responsive. I appreciated my time there!
Love living here!! Christina the property manager and maintenance staff are amazing!! Made feel from the moment I toured that this was the right place for me and my kiddos!
I wish I could leave zero stars. I only lived here for a year and it SUCKED. The water SMELLS like ROTTEN EGGS. My AC didn't work for MONTHS. They are NOT responsive at ALL. They just send you to a call team offsite that knows NOTHING about this apartment complex. They make you pay for valet trash but they don't always pick it up. Then they get an attitude with you because the trash is outside. Uhm, then get someone to throw it away? duhhhh? I was so mad I almost asked for a refund on my valet trash fees.
