I would give no stars right now if I could. We have had panels on our home for 2 years now our brand new roof is leaking into our bedroom. Called told we have a 25 year roof warranty that’s great. However was told it was considered an emergency but have not heard from our so called case manager Kayla. Have left 4 messages called 15 times over 4 days and heard nothing. Let's just say that this is the worse experience I have ever had with a company. Their salesmen are flat out liars. I had them over to hear about what they had to offer and not to get solar until I shopped around. Every time I brought up a concern, they told me what I wanted to hear. At the time, I just had my roof replaced and asked them what happens if they need to be removed when the next hail store damages my room. They said, no problem, we will take of them off and put them back on for free. Wrong! I have to pay for it.... read more

Had our solar panels installed and about year later we had a bad leak in our attic due to poor instillation. Sun run voluntary (without notification to us) came out to patch the holes left on our roof. The workers that came turned off the electricity to the panels and NEVER turned them back on. A $1500 cps bill later sunrun claims it was our error for not realizing the panels were turned off.... we were credited only back $50 from the solar panel company.... after multiple recommendations for this company we will not loger b... read more
