Got my bill from 300-550 to 230 year round!
I would never recommend Sunrun to anyone. My experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I was given one story during the installation process, but once the system was installed, everything changed. Out of nowhere, I received a letter stating that all the profits from my solar production would go to Sunrun, which was never mentioned before. The promised production levels have not been met, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even include a battery—something that many other companies offer for free. I ... read more
