Dealing with sunrun has been extremely frustrating. When they first approached me they explain how I was going to be locked in a low-rate for the next 25 years and pretty much painted an ideal deal that was hard to pass on. Well, everything was wrong. Sunrun sent out the most dishonest and annoying people to knock on our doors and tried to sell their stuff, whatever it was. I was not interested, and told them to leave. They didn’t, and made many additional attempts to score a comeback visit in a very disrespectful way. They didn’t even mention that they worked for sunrun, and tried to hint that they were associated with national grid. I saw their sunrun badge.
