Never trust SUNRUN SOLAR . In my experience, it has been a terrible and disappointing company to deal with. The salesperson will make many promises and try to persuade you with attractive offers, but my experience has been completely different from what was promised. Not sure how many times I need to have my door bell rung at random hours, upsetting dogs and waking sleeping kids for you to get the point, that I do not want your services. The salespeople are polite. So polite that they check up every few weeks to see if you have time to listen to them yap as kids and dogs yell in the background and try to get outside. Have some decency please. No means no… it is not a triggering event to try and test the boundaries to push a sale. Respectfully.
Aggressive Sales & Predatory Math I am writing this to warn other homeowners to look closely at the math before signing anything with Sunrun. Matt Krei was very professional and knowledgeable when he made the pitch for PPA. I didn't end up signing up the program due to my low cost of energy. Matt didn't push when the math showed the PPA is not the right fit for us.
