My girlfriend had these installed on her home several months ago, and her contract specifically states it would cover 90% of her electricity bill, but she’s still paying the same electricity bill on top of the solar bill. Maybe this is solveable, but she keeps getting bounced from live chat to email to phone back to email. We’re not thrilled with the response.

Well my system went down for almost 2 months as soon as the summer solstice started. Needless to say I was not a happy customer when I was told it wouldn't be fixed till the end of August. But Sunrun came through a very helptul customer service team member named Gigi in Sacramento stayed on top of it along with a few others here in New England and had the part (inverter)replaced about two weeks earlier.
