My name is Mary Bartlett and I am beyond annoyed and disgusted with SunRun. Where do I begin. I need to be clear that I am sick and tired of being given the run around by this company . We purchased solar panels during a promotion at Home Depot which included, as an incentive to buy, a $650.00 gift card. That amount of money is a mere pittance to some but not to me. Terrible customer service. Have filed complaints with Atty General and PURA due to house damage. Stay away from this company...
Rep stopped by my house and gave me details about what sounded to be a great solar energy option. He took down my info and scheduled an appointment to come back to provide us with a detailed quote. That appointment time came and went. No one showed up. When I called the company, they said they had no record of any appointments for me. Stay away for this company. Feels like a total scam and there accountability is definitely less than ideal. We will not be considering them anymore.
I would give a Negative star if allowed. I have been calling, emailing texting and leaving messages every where I can to get service correctly from Vivint/Sunrun. We have had the system on our house since 2016. Last summer the system has stopped communicating our kWh units back to VIvint/Sunrun. It has stopped communicating with our energy company National Grid. Sunrun is a terrible company. They promise to call you back and never do. Waiting two months for a repair and get nowhere and can speak to no one other than the young ladies who answer the phone and don’t know anything. So now paying Sunrun and Eversource! Absolutely do not use Sunrun! Oh, but they promptly send the email that my rate is going to go up.
