Hello, my name is Renee Goodwin and I reside at 3905 Kenmore Drive North Fresno Ca 93703. The representative who sold me the panels must of received a great bonus for his terrible service. I did not get the 30% rebate. I am getting a True-up bill of $1200, last year $1100. My monthly Solar bill is $225 since I was depending on solar rebate. My monthly PG&E bill is $50.
