They don't care at all about their customers who are having problems with their product.
I am beyond appalled at how terrible my experience with Sunrun has been, I would never recommend this company to anyone. My bad experience started with the deception from my salesman, Fred Martin. Fred advised that my electrical panel was old and would possibly need replaced to work with the system. Hello, my name is Renee Goodwin and I reside at 3905 Kenmore Drive North Fresno Ca 93703. The representative who sold me the panels must of received a great bonus for his terrible service. I did not get the 30% rebate. I am getting a True-up bill of $1200, last year $1100. My monthly Solar bill is $225 since I was depending on solar rebate. My monthly PG&E bill is $50. Inverter down second time in two weeks - 5 business days to get an appointment scheduled. Soonest I can have an engineer over is more than 3 WEEKS. Very Very Disappointing
I have left 5 messages and 2 emails over the last week and can’t get Sunrun to call me back. My roof was damaged in the hail storm last month and I need Sunrun to de-install it so I can get my roof repaired. A return call would be appreciated
Customer service doesn't exist at this company. My meter reading has been off and they want to tell me that i cannot read. To send a tech out is going to cost me money? Thugs i tell you stay away!!!!
