If you are wanting to go with solar panels this is the worst company that you could get. Sunrun is a lease solar panel company and they care about money only they do not stand behind there contracts and the customer service is not there, talking to the customer care is not bad but they are just there to handle small issues but if you need to get a hold of higher employer then you will never get them on the phone or email and they will not call you back. I was lied to by the salesmen. I've never received a check from them for power and I'm still paying the full amount of my Duke bill. Sunrun charges me 105 and Duke just charged me 127 for this month! I'll never use solar panels again unless I own them. The representatives aren't helpful and I never got any referral bonuses like I was promised either. Don't tryst this company, they're shady!

They don't tell you at the time of signing the contract a lien is put on your house. I was told at signing that my rates would increase every 2 years....... wrong it increases every year!!!!. They also don't tell you at signing that you have to wait 5 years before you can even think about purchasing the panels. If you are trying to refinance your home it is almost impossible to get them to understand what you are trying to do, you have to fill out forms to get the lien TEMPORARILY removed off of the title.
