Our 2 room project turned out perfect! It required some demolition of existing structures, entirely new concrete slab foundations, and new brick walls on the ends of the room. The coordination of all the contractors was very efficient and timely, with open communication throughout the process. We had plumbers, electricians, masons, concrete workers and HVAC all lined up sequentially ready to complete their part of the job. Raymond and his crew did an excellent job. Very happy with our screen porch. Would not choose another company if you want it done right, and efficiently.
Samuel & Jared completed our screen room quickly, and it looks great. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Our project involved them doing extra work to extend the roof, re-route the gutters, and more. We spent almost 6 hours in the screen room in the evening and morning after they finished. Despite the humid weather, we had zero issues with bugs. We had a TON of rain in the week following the install, and the drainage was great, with one small issue. The installers did a great job. They cleaned up after installing and explained how to operate and gave us tips on how to clean the shades. They were very friendly.
Zach and Steven were professional with their communication, gracious with their time and our space, and indulged all of our curious kids questions during our sunroom install. Made for a wonderful experience!
