I brought my 2013 F-150 here a few months ago for a sunroof replacement. Since then, my roof panel has been flexing and popping in a way it never did before. The ford dealership explained to me that the roof braces on these trucks are bonded to the roof skin, and that those braces are handled during a sunroof replacement. If they aren’t re-bonded properly, it causes exactly the issue I’m experiencing now.
