Very nice people. Helpful. But the quality of their 2x4's is beyond horrible. Absolutly horrible. Normal framing nail gun and the wood just explodes because it is such bad quality. Not dense at all. More like dense balsa wood. Everything was outer log material. Even using predrill and screws it just cracks and splits. Made a very simple shelf building project a nightmere.
