2020 Kia Forte. Trunk Lid damage only. Thought it would go faster at an auto body at a Kia dealership. We were wrong. It started out innocent enough. We did not take the car in until the ordered trunk lid had arrived. They failed to include the “paint match” in the initial estimate which caused a huge price/estimate increase and delay mid-way through process.
