Update: It’s coming on a a year that we have had our system. I can honestly say “what the heck” Sales install are all top notch guys and of course they were my first interaction. After installation we have to deal with front office aka management. I couldn’t be more disappointed Peter Koi is quick to talk down and quick to wash his hands of the project. We came to Sunriver solar and discovered they also do roofing (as Sunriver roofing--if you'd like to see the gory details, see our review of Sunriver roofing). We decided to do our roofs first and had a TERRIBLE experience that we are still trying to rectify on the property and also through legal channels. We cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this extremely unprofessional company. When things go wrong, there is no one to talk to.
Well folks, good news! Finally after one year of doing all of my due diligence looking for a good company to be able to install solar and battery back up in my home here in Auburn. I was lucky enough to find Sunriver solar in Auburn and sales person Pat to come out and go over what we wanted to do here in our home as far as solar my older system 18 years old sunny boy inverters pretty much goodbye so I had a 26.7 DC solar PV system with Q cell QTRONG 32 425 kW panels and ENPHASEI micro inverters Also de installation of old. ... read more
SunRiver personnel—from office staff to installers—were professional, excellent communicators, nice, polite and responsive. They took care of all the paperwork, clearly laid out what would happen when and explained options and costs clearly. They met all our expectations and we LOVE our new solar system!!!
