Didn’t enjoy my experience
My experience with SunRiver Solar was extremely disappointing. Richard Kooi communication was inconsistent, timelines were not met, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. The installation process was frustrating, and concerns I raised were not addressed in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend SunRiver Solar.
Its been over a year since my boyfriend had his solar installed. I think the installers and customer care are great but the company and their product is just terrible. Go anywhere else. Don't trust Richard Kooi. The end.
All I can say is that Sunriver Solar is amazing. Mikayla is so easy to work with. She spent a significant amount of time helping us work through a major issue caused by a previous Solar service provider. Her patience and kindness and then swift action to help us with our solar problems (which had been ongoing for over 6 months) was incredible. We will be having some additional repair work completed by Sunriver Solar and I will report again our satisfaction - which I am confident will be another 5-star rating. Thank you Mikay... read more
Excellent company, from start to finish with all their own team was top knotch ! Workmanship was of high quality! All their team was clean , polite and cleaned up after themselves. As a local Builder I can attest Sunriver is above 5 stars. Communication , adjustments , on time I can go on. Price was very fair and the education I recieved was priceless !!! Highly recommend!!!
