Love this place. Nice and relaxing, very quiet and a number of things to do.
Disappointing! We were supposed to spend Labor Day weekend there, but due to the fires and poor air quality, we had to cancel. The resort made us provide a doctor's note stating that it wasn't safe for our young children before they would refund our money, which is absolutely ridiculous! Never again!
Had a terrible stay here. The in-room wifi only worked for about an hour during our stay, the pool was freezing cold and the closest golf course was closed to guests. None of this was communicated to us ahead of time or we would have chosen to stay elsewhere and tried again later. Staff told us management would call us about our issues two different times and they never did. Now we won't be back.
What used to be Oregon's best kept secret is now Oregons best vacation spot and everyone seems to know now!! We ❤️ Sunriver!!
