Hi sorry I can't leave much of a review because I still have a family member in there right now but I can say that they won't tell us anything when we call about my family member and our family has only called once but didn't know her pin number to give us she has a lot of medical issues and has cancer and allergies to a lot of different medications how do you talk to the right person in this place to get something done and how do you find out when you can visit your family member please give me information to talk to the ri... read more

I would give 0 stars if this was an option. I had a stay 2-3 yrs ago. I am very sensitive to meds and told them this. They tried to give me a cup of medicine a minimum of 6-10 pills and capsules to take at once. None of which were meds I was on. I told them if I take this I promise it will kill me. I signed paperwork refusing to take any of those meds. I was then threatened to make me stay longer. I still refused. One of which was trazedone. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE YOUR/THEIR LIFE WILL BE IN DANGER!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. Doctor “diagnosed” me bipolar right after getting off the phone and asking me 3 very leading questions, like baiting me into a diagnosis. Proceeded to prescribe me an antipsychotic that has an active ingredient that was on my chart that I am very allergic to, and I almost died. The staff is like 20 year olds running the show. Poorly trained; they resort to threats for the entire floor instead of dealing with individual patient. Was told to bring street clothes and patient received them an hour before being discharged. Beautiful facility though. Appearances are deceiving!
