Ive lived here 3 years & it’s a nightmare. Drug trafficking, open usage, front door step used for a bathroom, theft, vandalism, trash & needles everywhere, as soon as you step outside you can smell the dumpster funk nearly a block from the dumpster. Trespassers are a daily constant, my own neighbors break into my unit steal security cameras & landlord lets them stay even after submitting video proof.
