I have been with this company since 2017 they never changed anything or repaint the wall. On a Sunday at 2 pm I was locked out of the apartment and the super had to open the door they’ve charge my account $30 for it .
I live at the apartment base 562 Scotland Rd. in Orange, New Jersey… I live over there over there over 12 years and I don’t ever remember have any problem not even with the neighbors or super Luis is a great guy .. the only thing I can say to you that’s a nice place to rent. I once lived at Sunrise Village Apts I had a stroke so my son moved me closer to him in Barnegat NJ. I truly miss living there I really do the people in the office are kind and the workers as very efficient.
