this apartment complex is great, you have to consider most people dont leave reviews unless they are angry. i have been here for many years and have not had a problem. however, most of the reviews on here (that i can see) were from tenants who were very problematic (that latina lady with all the kids). luckily due digelence was taken and they have been removed (or evicted idk) but in my decade here i havent had an issue.

It is my third month living at the Sunrise Villas and I have to say it has checked nearly all the boxes on my “want” list for apartment living. It is an older but well kept complex in the Arcadia proper neighborhood tucked back at the end of a cul- de- sac just off Indian School. I couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment. I wasn’t looking to live in a large complex (anything over 20 units) and wanted something modest, in a good area, with basic amenities, and priced fairly. Very nice place. Terry the manager is a real sweety. Any problems with the apartment are fixed immediately. Very pleased
