First time to use this agency through a good acquaintance. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Found the trip very disorganised. Find things to do, places to eat on your own. You take care & haul your luggages on your own. Excursions disorganised; do it yourself really. Travelled with a group that’s loud, interruptive that a lot of times was very embarrassing.
