A pair of expensive sunglasses went missing out of my vehicle while it was at Vandergriff Toyota for service. I never take these particular glasses out of the car, so it's very unlikely that I lost them elsewhere. Initially the dealership was unsympathetic, but eventually they did reach out to me and rectified the situation to my satisfaction.However, in addition to the sunglasses, my vehicle continued to leak oil after Vandergriff changed the oil. He did an excellent job and made the experience of purchasing a vehicle informative and enjoyable. Vincent was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering, answered the questions we had, and really helped us in narrowing our decision. We have always been happy with the effort to find exactly what we like to lease. This year Mo found exactly the car I would be happy with regarding interior color leather and sun roof. The Camry drives very smooth and so far compliments on the exterior color
Everything was fine; He explained all the options and answered all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales techniques and we were made to feel very comfortable and at ease.
Other than a longer than normal final paperwork issues, we came in with knowing what we wanted and were shown the vehicles they had that met or requirements. Was a very simple process of selection.
