This place is a joke. We moved out way before our lease ended and they charged us for the next month after saying that we were living there the following month when we weren't living there. And then they refuse to answer any phone calls or voicemails you leave them. Even while live there maintenance request take your whole lease to get fixed or they come up with a excuse for why its not fixed.
I have been a resident of Sunrise Terrace for many years. Started out renting and now I own. I have seen many many many managers come through here. Jake is by far the best one. He's made some wonderful improvements. Seth is an awesome maintenance guy also! They care about the property and the residents. Thank you guys for all your hard work, dedication. I appreciate you!
Jake, the community manager at Sunrise Terrace, has been absolutely amazing! He made the entire move-in process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was always available to answer questions, super helpful, and truly goes above and beyond for residents. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and the people in it. Since moving in, I’ve noticed how much the community has been improving and coming to life—it feels like a great place to call home. Highly recommend!
