Been here since January 2016. Late one time because they tried taking more than the limit. Now they are demanding us to vacate our home because we have been on a month to month liese at a 125 .00 extra charge. Here's the Bullshit they will not offer a liese $716,00 lot rent is just wrong

Doesn’t seem to have a storm shelter, don’t seem safe, rules seem inconsistent, ignores complaints and aren’t respectful to residents.
This place is a joke. We moved out way before our lease ended and they charged us for the next month after saying that we were living there the following month when we weren't living there. And then they refuse to answer any phone calls or voicemails you leave them. Even while live there maintenance request take your whole lease to get fixed or they come up with a excuse for why its not fixed.
