had a mouse infestation due to enormous gaps under kitchen cabinet left during remodeling. this issue was never sufficiently addressed by management and had to be fixed at my own expense. was also charged $275 fee to clean an apartment that i had already cleaned before moving out.

Lived here for two years and it’s ok at best. It’s affordable and close to campus and downtown, so it’s a great location if you’re a student. Neighbors were noisy occasionally, but that’s expected when living next to a bunch of college students. I’m sure it varies by apartment, but the porch door seal was bad and let stink bugs and silver fish get into the apartment. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been calling to schedule a tour for 3 weeks & no one has returned my call.

Had to find an accommodation last minute and the staff have been super friendly and helpful during the whole process, we were able to get everything set up very quickly!
