Great experience new management
Worst apartments I applied Dec 8 it’s now Jan 2nd I haven’t heard anything no calls no emails nothing . They took my application fee Won’t answer the phone or nothing I have called Multiple times since I first did my application
I co-signed for my father to get an apartment on their property. The first month that he was late on rent, the office manager( named Amy at the time) contacted me. The same thing the second time he was late. After that , they let him go months without paying the rent. I assumed since they didn't contact me, that he was paying it. The rent was $450 a month and he lived there for over a year. They ended up taking my father to court without my knowledge and I now have a $5000 negative item on credit report.
