Quality products. I like having someone put the bags of salt directly in my car for me. I've gone half a dozen times. I go in, pay and then meet out back to pick up my order. Service is less than friendly, in my opinion. I guess that shouldn't matter, no one was ever rude, just curt. I wanted to support a local company in my town. I stopped going there and picked up some salt at Menards.
We have been buying our 5gallon waters there for a while - great quality and super nice people. We recently used them to install a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen- couldnt be happier- super nice, they explain things really well, and give all options for the things in your home. They also did some maintenance on our softener system and explained things that no one has told us in years of getting it serviced elsewhere. Very impressed and highly recommend.
