Was overall relaxing, but there was no respect for the whisper policy, would appreciate it if the staff would walk around and make sure people are keeping their voices down, that would have made my stay way better. Also a man in a bikini went inside of the women's bathroom, just a heads up to those with small children.
Lovely place all around! My only complaint is that the day pass visitors do tend to bring the noise and it's not very well managed. Signs everywhere to whisper... I'm very glad that we were guests and had quiet hours without day pass users to enjoy some peaceful moments. Spa service was amazing (lavender quench wrap), very pretty grounds, wish there had been a cold plunge on site to take the edge off the warm/hot pools, but not a deal breaker. Plenty of towels, robes provided, many options for soaking! Loved it!
Long weekend in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Went for a day soak with my wife and loved it. We tried all the pools and really had a nice, relaxing time even if it was a little crowded. The long skinny pool was cooler than the other hot pools (and fewer people). We were able to spend some more time there than the hotter ones. The white tubes in that one had jets that made for a nice foot and calf massage. The salt water pool was a nice refresher after the hot pool next to it. I was only here for a day soak and massage, but oh my goodness…it was lovely. Such a beautiful property and was just what I needed to relax and rejuvenate. I wish I had more time to explore the property, have a meal, or just spend more time. I hope to be back!!
