Horrible Management & Upkeep I have been living at these apartments for a few years now and they just keep going downhill. The rent is overpriced for what you get. Maintenance is awful, you have to wait for days/weeks, if they even come at all. I still have the same appliances that were in place when the apartments opened in the 1980's. They do not care. The shower is the only thing they fix but it's only because they pay the water bill. They install these awful shower heads so that you get a tiny stream when you shower, so ... read more

Sunrise Springs Apartments is a poo hole!!!!!! I totally have to agree with Elizabeth, I have been here for years now and all I can say is these apartments are ghetto, they might look nice from the outside but they are all crap from the inside. Things are falling apart here. Maintenance is pretty bad, they do take days/weeks for them to fix anything along with when they fix something they don't fix it the way it should be fixed or sometimes you have to call them again so they can come fix it again.
