Everyone is so nice and accommodating from the moment you walk in. The staff helped me with all my questions and explained everything clearly, which really made me feel comfortable and informed. They are very transparent when it comes to insurance and costs, so there were no surprises. The clinic itself is clean and comfortable, and I loved that they let me watch TV with headphones during the procedure. It definitely helped make the whole experience less scary and more relaxing. Let me preface by saying I have extreme fear and anxiety over the dentist (as I’m sure majority of people do.) In fact, I’ve been avoiding going to the dentist for years. Dr Sweeney and her staff has absolutely changed that feeling and perspective for me. Everyone here is incredibly kind and understanding. They speak to you with respect and treat you like an actual person with feelings and concerns rather than a patient who’s money they want.
