We have been part of this practice since they changed hands and at the prior practice before they bought it. We were recently discharged due to myself speaking up regarding my daughter being harassed by a staff member. When I called the practice and voiced my concerns I was brushed off and told by the way you owe us money. My daughter has extreme anxiety and was told that she was a big girl and didn't need her mom to make Apt's or to go with her to them.
