Brooklyn is amazing, easy to communicate with and was prepared when I arrived. The service was excellent too , I will be returning for a bunch of other treatments. She said she does facials too so I’m booking that one next. The office suites can be a little difficult to find unless you follow your gps to silk studios in Provo on Google. It’s right next to the river running trail. There’s decent parking and you’ll need a door code to get into the offices. I felt very safe and loved how clean the environment was. Brooklyn is the best waxer ever! She saved my eyebrows from desperate circumstances and gives the best Brazilians. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable.
