Very bad experience trying to communicate with the lady supervisor. Couldn't get a good service. How convenient, after I did this review, the lady called me.
If you're looking for genuine mental health care, I'd look elsewhere. The "therapists" I've been paired with have all been very unprofessional. There was no actual therapy, no coping mechanisms taught, nothing. Every "session" just felt useless. I am no better now than I was when I started. Clearly just trying to charge my insurance for "therapy" that was never actual therapy. Take your business somewhere else if you are looking for genuine therapy. Literally anywhere else is better.
Had the pleasure of meeting and working with "Jesse", super cool guy, great attitude and very helpful. First time at this location, at any Firestone, honestly. Will be back! Love the Firestone lifetime free alignment service!!!!
Honestly I didn't want to get help for my mental health issues. But they made the process easy and straightforward. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating to my needs as a client. I could not recommend this place any more than I already have
I turned to sunrise behavioral health During my stay at a treatment center. I didn’t really know Where I was going with my life And no real connection to this community because I had never lived here before.
