Well looked after place, staff is very kind and attentive
I am reviewing the initial contact with Brighton Gardens. I found Brighton Gardens very responsive to our needs to find a placement quickly. All information about the community was shared at the first meeting and the tour of the facility was very impressive. We were never pressured to make a decision which was very helpful.
Brighton Gardens of Charlotte provides a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents and their families. The care team is compassionate and attentive, and we especially appreciate the regular communication and thoughtful updates. The staff works hard, and I know their job isn't easy. Everyone I've met has been kind, friendly, and willing to help. The community is clean, and my mom has been happy here. Like a lot of places, they've had some staffing challenges in the past, but I've seen things getting better. I'm happy with the care my mom is receiving, and she enjoys the food. It's nice knowing she's somewhere that has people who care about her
Everyone comes across friendly and caring however mom's first day there and she's been over medicated and I'm unable to reach a nurse. Not happy so far.
