The sales personnel are terrific. Very helpful helping you understand the workings of your new trailer. The shop and sales bend over backwards to help in anyway to meet your needs and your complete satisfaction.
Buying was easy but we knew what we were looking for and didn't haggle, then the problems started. Couple minor issues were noted, said they would fix them and they said everything gets gone through to make sure it works properly. They deliver days after scheduled delivery date. Nothing done, issues still there and not cleaned. This was for a brand new RV. They came and got it, fixed what needed to be fixed but still not clean. Purchased our RV from Charlie at Sunrise RV in Omak. Charlie went above and beyond from first meeting last year to this week when we had the trailer returned after minor warranty work. Everything we asked for happened. Highly recommend Sunrise RV and Charlie for their great service. G & S
