Staff is pleasant, honestly and upfront. We felt comfortable, and the first question was how may we help you & not what's your credit rating or are you financing. They showed us what we drove almost hours one way for and then left us feeling as though they want the sales but at our pace.

Made an offer on a camper and asked for a value on a trade in, Charlie and Dave came up and looked at our trade in and said it was immaculate and the best they had seen for it's age and we can make this work. They called back once and after I clarified my offer Charlie we can still make this work and he would call the following morning. No call, no response to e-mail and no counter offer. Even if you don't want my money and get a camper off your lot you should do as you said and respond! Very rude.
