We recently purchased a Lance 1995 trailer from Sunrise and wanted to share a follow-up review. Kudos to the service department - Melody, Pete and Matt! After our first outing we discovered the hot water system was not working correctly. We had a short time period to resolve this as we were getting ready to depart on our next trip. I just wanted to share how helpful Matt in the service department has been with questions about my new trailer. He is so knowable and does great job of explaining how everything works. Overall I have been very impressed with everyone at Sunrise RV.
The team at Sunrise RVs are fantastic! We got the greatest level of care even though we were purchased one of the lowest priced trailers on the lot. Shout out to Charlie, Beau and Michael. Thank you for all the help.
