They messed up the installation initially and had to redo a bunch of work during the initial install, they also installed the wrong color, 1year later and the ridge venting is coming off because I assume they didn't use the correct length of nails. They will not respond. I would avoid this company. You can see in the photo the shingle is almost completely covering the evestrough.
