Do NOT do business with Fred! WORST realtor ever!! Working with him was a terrible decision. If you are the owner, he will let your house fall to pieces. If you are the renter, he cheats you out of money, takes months to fix a problem, and lies in order to keep from returning your security deposit. Trust me, stay far away from Sunrise Real Estate and Fred Brady.
