Sunrise Properties managed my rental property for both short-term rentals and long-term leases over a period of 4 years. During that time I consistently received high quality tenants that were respectful of the property. The staff at Sunrise Properties were responsive in communications and courteous in resolving issues, which were few, whenever they arose. Sunrise Properties will be at the top of my list should I need property management services in the future.
If you are considering Sunrise Properties for the 25-26 academic year, I would highly advise against it, and if you are living in one for the 24-25 year, I am sorry for you. Last year, my roommates and I moved into a Sunrise house on Ashton Ln that was full of pre-existing damage and outdated furniture. When it came time to move out was when the problems began. We had an excellent experience with sunrise properties. They were quick to return communications and incredibly accommodating to our family. The property we rented was clean and had all the amenities listed. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome book and beach bag from sunrise properties which came in very handy. We worked closely with Kara and she was the best! She was able to grant all our requests and was quick to reply. We will definitely use sunrise properties again when we rent in Rhode Island.
We have been working with Kim for the past few years now and have always received top notch service. I feel safe knowing I can reach out to them for anything during our stay and they would help us, as they’ve done in the past. I highly recommend Sunrise Properties!
