Just a follow-up to my earlier review trying to get my spa serviced. Brad did reach out and we were able to get scheduled for the repairs. He came out and replaced the control panel and spa pack from Balboa. He also fixed a cracked joint in one of the pump lines. It is wonderful having the spa functioning again. Thank you to Brad for following up and helping get our spa back in operation. I will continue to patronize this business.
