Cat is more than a leasing agent she has become a real friend I have disabilities and she helps me with mail and always makes sure I get my notices by phone messages make sure I get my notices phone call. I would like to say first off.. I wish I could give more then a 5 star review. Cause she deserves 100 star review.... Mrs. Catherine Goes above and beyond to make sure things get done for me.. She always makes a way to keep me informed about what's going on.. she makes sure you leave happy and satisfied. I appreciate everything she has done. And should keep doing.. She is the best person i ever met every day u walk in and she has a smile on her face and when i am having a bad day i come in the office I have a smile on my face.
I just want to start off by saying that I am completely disgusted & disappointed in Catherine who also goes by alias “cat”. She literally plays her own cards to look out for herself by ensuring/enforcing that you will give her a nice review so that she can keep her position here at sunrise pointe due to new management taking over they are replacing all staff including Catherine & unfortunately I now see why to be exact.
