I just want to start off by saying that I am completely disgusted & disappointed in Catherine who also goes by alias “cat”. She literally plays her own cards to look out for herself by ensuring/enforcing that you will give her a nice review so that she can keep her position here at sunrise pointe due to new management taking over they are replacing all staff including Catherine & unfortunately I now see why to be exact. Ms. Cat (in the front office) is ABSOLUTELY fantastic when dealing with any & all things when it comes to helping us tenants @ Sunrise Pointe Apartments! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND, all while having a smile on her face while talking with you like a human being & not just someone that pays rent. Thank you so much too my leasing agent Cat. She worked with me very patiently to get everything she needed from me. Although there were some bumps in the road she stuck it out and didn’t just forget about my file, she kept me updated. Again thank you so much Cat for all your help. I’ve lived here for several years and the ENTIRE staff is amazing! Cat is a valuable asset to this complex, she’s readily available to answer all questions and follow through to ensure that all needs are met. Scott is my go to person when it comes to maintenance issues, my kids calls him “Mr. Fix It”. Scott is the foundation to making sure everything works smoothly.
