Was a cruddy place when a friend lived there in 2019, then after giving a tour this year they wouldn’t answer their phone for two weeks straight, twice a day for a relative who wanted to rent from them. I lived here for three years and believed it was a good location to call home. It's in a good location, close to the city center. The rent is reasonable, especially for the two and three storey flats. Bugs have never been an issue for me. They spray the perimeter of the structures on a daily basis. The pool was a welcome addition. Any maintenance concerns were always resolved within a fair time frame. The property manager, Jill, was always kind and quick to respond to her emails. Recently filled out my application to move in a week ago, and have not heard anything back. I was given a date I could move in and everything which is in less than a week! I have been calling for week.. No answer. I would still love a call back with an update on my application! Erica is very sweet, no on ever answers the phone..
I’ve lived at Sunrise for 2+ years. The new management is great.. but the maintenance guys Alex and Levi have gone beyond and above for me personal even after hours. They are truly great people and I love living here.
