I went with my daughtee to take her newborn child in for her first check up. She waited an hour ans fifteen minutes for the doctor, the doctor dropped the tongue depressor in the baby's mouth causing her to gag and choke. Instead of promptly removing it she just laughed and said oops. The whole process had my daughter in tears and not wanting to take her there again. I love Dr. Velazquez, she is so personable and maternal, I have never had a problem with this clinic,except you do wait a long amount of time to be seen.
He is so rude... He flipped out on me because my son had a sore throat and I gave him juice.... He said to me "NO DRINK IN HERE.... IT NOT THAT HARD TO ENTERTAIN THEM WITH OUT DRINK....." They have no toys in the waiting room and will yell if you bring your own. Also GOOD luck getting any papers transfered to other offices I have been trying for 6 MONTHS!!!!
